You must be at least 13 years old to use BingeChill. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be terminated without notice.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All content available on BingeChill — including videos, images, and text — is owned by or licensed to BingeChill and is protected by copyright law. You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. No rights are granted beyond this.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Privacy

Your use of BingeChill is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BingeChill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the service and ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing.
